Nikolaos Skarakis is involved in Indigo’s EU-funded and national projects focusing on circular value chains and systemic solutions, as an experienced researcher in applied methodologies that operationalize circularity and support the twin transition across multiple industries. Originally trained as a physicist (University of Crete, 2019), he holds an MSc in Environmental Engineering (Technical University of Crete, 2023) with a specialization in management, sustainable energy and climate change. He is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Production Engineering and Management of the Technical University of Crete.
